Building Distance in the Scoobtober 10k

Disclaimer: I received free entry to the Scooby-Doo Virtual Run Series  and this month we will concur the Scoobtober 10k as part of being a BibRave Pro. Learn more about becoming a BibRave Pro (ambassador), and check out BibRave.com to review find and write race reviews!

Well we successfully knocked out the DooGood 5k and the whole gang is back for more. If you weren’t aware there is a second race in the Scooby-Doo Virtual Race Series, so if you didn’t sign up for the challenge in September, you still can get registered for the Scoobtober Virtual 5k/10k.

For us we wanted to increase our distance so we chose to sign up for the 10k. This will be a challenge that everyone was up and we have already started our training.

Once again there is some serious SWAG to be had with the Scoobtober 5k/10k and there is an option to include swag for your four-legged friend. The quality and size of the medal was unexpected. My daughters comment was, “Dad this medal is bigger and heavier than some of your marathon medals.”

Swag included for this virtual race:

Scoobtober Virtual Run package (for humans) includes:

  • Official Scoobtober Backpack
  • Scoobtober Virtual Run Finisher Medal
  • Digital Finisher Certificate

Four-legged friends are welcome too!  The Scoobtober Virtual Run add on for dogs includes:

  • Scoobtober Dog Bandana
  • Scoobtober Virtual Run Doggie Medal/Tag

Registration Price

  • $39 – Scoobtober Virtual Run
  • $15 – Dog Add-On

Another reason I support this race is because of the below!!!

In support of the Scooby-Doo “Doo Good” campaign, a portion of your registration will be donated to the Best Friends Animal Society.
