Monday: 4 mile speed work.
Tuesday: 7 mile easy pace run.
Wednesday: 6 mile run.
Saturday: 8 mile pace run.
Sunday: 4 mile Christmas run.
Total: 29 miles
Running this week felt laborous and felt like I was carrying a sack of presents on my back. Not sure if it has to do with me trying to push myself to run #200MileChallenge since Thanksgiving. Or maybe it is having to run the same routes over and over. Or maybe the cold weather!!!
Whatever the reason I am looking forward to some beach running starting Wednesday for the next ten days. Kicking 2017 off will be great as I am looking for a 5k to run on New Years Day in Fort Lauderdale.
